We provide document-preparation services for federal and state tax-exempt reinstatement: a free EIN status diagnostic, the $349 Streamlined Cure Pack, and the $699 Full Reinstatement Pack. We prepare the filings; you review, sign, and file them. We are not a law firm or CPA firm and do not represent you before the IRS or any state agency. Our services may change or be updated from time to time at our discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our Website, you agree that you will not:
Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
Infringe on any intellectual property rights.

4. Payments and Refunds
If your organization turns out to be ineligible for the tier you purchased, we refund in full. Other refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
Payment is due at checkout before preparation begins. Government filing fees (such as the $275 IRS user fee) are not included and are paid by you directly to the agency.
Inaccurate intake information may delay delivery of your pack.
5. Intellectual Property
You receive full rights to use the documents we prepare for your organization.
Our templates, checklists, data, and tooling remain our property.
You may not resell or redistribute prepared packs or our underlying data without our permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, penalties, or missed deadlines, resulting from the use of our Website or services. Our packs are document preparation, not legal or tax advice, and reinstatement decisions rest solely with the IRS and state agencies.
